Shipping policy

We offer complimentary shipping on all orders. All orders require a signature on delivery. 

Estimated delivery times in New Zealand are 2-5 working days. International shipping will be at the courier's earliest convenience - approx. 5-14 working days. 

These are estimated delivery times only and cannot be guaranteed. Delivery delays are out of our hands and Sydney George will not be liable for any unforeseen circumstances regarding deliveries. Orders placed during sale or promotional periods may be delayed due to increased order volumes. 

Orders placed on a Friday afternoon will be sent out the following Monday morning, excluding public holidays.

Please note we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes as we require a signature on delivery. 

All international orders may be subject to taxes, tariffs and customs charges once they reach your country. These are not included in our purchase price and the is the customers responsibility to pay. Sydney George is not responsible for any additional costs once your products leave New Zealand. 

Lost or damaged items should be communicated within 7days from the delivery date to info@sydneygeorge.co.nz

Any stolen items will not be refunded if you have given an ATL. We require a signature on delivery to avoid this happening. 

We will not reimburse, replace or refund items that have been seized by any country's government organizations or customs.
