Terms of service

All Sydney George products are covered by a 12-month warranty. Items are only covered for manufacturing defaults or repairs in the first year. It does not cover general wear and tear. If you purchase through our partnering stockists, please email through a proof of purchase with an image of your fault to info@sydneygeorge.co.nz

we reserve the right to replace the item if inventory allows or refund the item/items if we have no availability. 

Once your replacement or refund has been accepted by our team, please refer back to our shipping times. all refunds will be processed in 48 hours. 

Payments

We accept credit cards and debit plus cards including, visa and Mastercard's. we also accept payments via PayPal and Afterpay.

Gift cards have no expiry date. Gift cards can be used at any time in the form of cash.
